Quick help

Could I change my report or check its status after I submitted it?

Upon posting a new report you will receive a new personal access code that you can use to check the report status and the further replies. You will not be able to change neither the access code nor the report. You will see the replies to your report and you could post further messages. Keep the access code secure as it cannot be recovered.

Who will actually see the report I have submmited?

After your report will posted on the TrustLine System, it will securely made available to the individuals indicated by the recipient organization. Your organization handles such reports according to its internal procedures.

Will my report be shared with any authorities (i.e. the police)?

Your report will NOT be automatically sent to any law enforcement body. Only if your organization feels that a State body should receive a copy, or if the law requires it, the report could be submitted to the police or to similar authorities. You will be notified about this via the TrustLine System.

What type of incidents can I report via TrustLine System?

Your organization provides a list of incident types which they expect you to report. You have the option of typing in your own incident type. Click here to view a list of sample violations and incidents that are expected to be reported on the TrustLine System.
